- Be sure to choose a class that is appropriate to your level of experience.
- Arrive early for class so as to guarantee a spot and allow you sufficient time to settle yourself before class begins
- Please alert the teacher to any health concerns that may affect your practice such as recent injuries or chronic conditions before class begins.
- Yoga is best enjoyed in bare feet, (shoes can be left downstairs at the front entrance to the studio), and on an empty stomach (2-3 hours after a large meal).
- If you arrive late please enter quietly so as not to disturb others during centering and beginning meditation.
- If you must leave class early please let the teacher know ahead of time.
- If you are unsure about anything at all please feel free to ask so that the teacher can assist you in getting the most out of your yoga experience.
