Yoga Teacher Training

If so please join me for one of my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Programs in Victoria or  Tofino BC.

Pacific Elements Yoga School’s  200 hr Foundational Yoga Teacher Training Course is designed to give you the skills and the confidence  to share your passion for yoga with others. Classes are small and intimate and will provide you with lots of support and practical tools for transitioning from inspired yoga student to empowered yoga teacher.

Curriculum includes the following:

* Study and practice of Asana, Pranayama, & Meditation
* Techniques and methodology of teaching Yoga
* Yoga philosophy, ethics, and lifestyle
* Study of the Energetic Body
* Western Anatomy training for Yoga teachers
* Introduction to Ayurvedic Lifestyle
* Pre & Post Natal Yoga
* Modifying Yoga for the Elderly
* Minimum 25 hours homework/home study
* Written and practical exam

All successful graduates will receive a certificate of completion from Pacific Elements Yoga as well as RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) status from the Yoga Alliance.

Program Costs:

Tuition cost is $2600.00 plus GST,  includes the Pacific Elements Yoga Teacher Training Manual and the archival fee for Student Records. An Early Bird discount of $150.00 off of tuition costs is available to all applicants who register two months before the program start date. Tuition costs do not include accommodation and are subject to GST. Students will be required to purchase additional textbooks at their own expense at the approximate cost of $125.00 CDN.
