The Benefits of Staying Home
I live in a small town in a rather remote area and as a result do not have a senior yoga teacher nearby that I can study with. Since last September I have left town for up to seven days at a time on six different occasions to study with my teachers. I have gone to LA, Vancouver, Utah and Montreal so that I could spend some time in a learning environment with teachers that I love and respect. Total Cost= $6,750.00 (give or take a few hundred dollars for food and green juices) Value= Priceless to be sure….
